The emails Gizzago sends
Know what families and your team receive from Gizzago, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Who can do this: coordinators and admins can see and change the emails. Members receive them.
Gizzago sends emails as your library, not as Gizzago. The sender's name is your library's name, and when someone presses Reply, the reply goes to your library's own email address. Each email uses your library's colour and logo, and dates always include the day of the week.
Emails only leave Gizzago once your library's email sending is set up. Until then, every email Gizzago would have sent is kept in the sent-mail log, so you can see what would have gone.
Steps: check how your emails are signed
- Press Settings in the sidebar, then Communications.
- Under Emails from the library, check the From name (usually your library's name).
- Fill in Replies go to with the email address families should reply to. Leave it empty if people should not reply.
- Write a Footer, which goes at the bottom of every email. Your name, address and charity number are a good start.
- Press Save.
A message confirms the save. Every email from then on uses the new name, reply address and footer. Send yourself a test to check (see Edit, test or switch off a message).

The Message templates page groups them the same way.
